From a former Adidas Ambassador to a certified ISSA trainer, I am also your #1 hype girl. Online coaching is like having a personal trainer by your side at all times. Focused on Strength-training, I want to increase your confidence in & out of the gym, build strength & develop long lasting healthy habits. Online coaching is a more affordable & flexible alternative than the traditional in-person training. You are able to work out on your own time & as many times as you have a set plan I programmed for you. You basically can work out more and pay less!
